Shipping Policy – Heidie’s Collections

At Heidie’s Collections, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy below for important details regarding shipping times, costs, and our shipping process.


1. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
     
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
     
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
     

Shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and shipping method.

  • Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over $75 within the U.S.
     
  • Expedited and Overnight Shipping options are available for an additional fee.
     

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase.
     
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
     

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship within the United States.
     
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
     

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your shipment. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.


6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team at heidie@heidiescollections.com. We will assist with filing a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


7. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand to international destinations in the future.
