Return & Refund Policy – Heidie’s Collections

Condition: Due to health and hygiene regulations under Florida law, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on intimate wear (such as bras, panties, shapewear, etc.) unless the product is damaged or defective.
Unopened and Unused Items: If the product is in its original, sealed packaging and has not been tried on, returns may be accepted. This applies to items where hygiene is a concern.

3. Florida Law on Intimate Wear Returns
Under Florida Statute 501.203, intimate wear, including bras, panties, and shapewear, is non-returnable unless it is defective or damaged. This ensures hygiene and safety for our customers. We can only process returns for intimate wear if:
The item is damaged or defective.
The item has not been worn or tried on, and the packaging remains sealed.
